Malcolm is a second year associate at Business Affairs, Inc., where he works on various projects, drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements at all stages of development and production. Before joining BAI, Malcolm began his legal career as a litigation associate at a boutique firm in Southern California focused on a range of issues including constitutional, employment, and insurance coverage, but ultimately specialized in breach of contract claims. Malcolm later joined Sony Pictures Entertainment as a Director of Business Affairs where he specialized in licenses and distribution agreements for Sony’s television networks. While in law school, Malcolm interned at NBC Sports Group and his law school’s Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurial Clinic. Malcolm received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and graduated with an Intellectual Property Certificate for his extensive coursework and work focused on Intellectual Property. Malcolm also served as the President of the Negotiation and Dispute Resolution Society. Malcolm received his Bachelor of Science from New York University where he majored in Applied Psychology. Malcolm is a licensed attorney in the State of California.
