Business Affairs. Inc (BAI for short) is a transactional law firm that closes deals as quickly, pragmatically and profitably as possible for our clients.

We are business-minded deal closers who don’t lawyer deals to death. BAI serves as a complete off-site business and legal affairs department for some clients, while for others it serves as an adjunct to in-house personnel.  

Our brand is action backed by decades of experience. But we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Our attorneys have run business affairs departments of studios and prominent independent film companies. We are intimately familiar with the needs of our clients, and are sensitive to the considerations they face when hiring outside professionals.
